Deterministic Compliance Engine (AU) ยท Titan V2
DETERMINISTIC COMPLIANCE ENGINE (AU) is committed to protecting privacy in strict alignment with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the upcoming July 2026 AU Healthcare Mandate protections.
The Sovereign Metering Shield architecture utilizes transient V8 Isolate memory. Original payloads are processed, redacted, and computationally purged from RAM within sub-10ms. No copy of the original data is ever committed to persistent storage.
We collect anonymous usage metrics (metered call counts) linked to your Sovereign License for billing and capacity management. This metadata contains zero PII shards.
We collect limited identifiers (Authorized Rep Name, Institutional Email, Corporate IP Ranges) solely for license verification and AUSTRAC AML/CTF compliance during procurement.
Pursuant to APP 8, all engine execution occurred within the Oceania (AU) Jurisdiction. No clinical identifiers or institutional data payloads are ever disclosed to or processed by offshore entities.
Under APP 12 and 13, you maintain full right of access and correction over your account data. Direct inquiries to our Privacy Officer at [email protected].
The Titan V2 Privacy Policy establishes a zero-retention mandate for institutional PII redaction. By utilizing transient V8 Isolate memory, DCE Australia ensures that sensitive clinical and taxation identifiers are computationally neutralized in sub-10ms cycles, ensuring strictly Oceanian data residency and full alignment with the AU Privacy Act and July 2026 mandates.
